West "deprives other countries of their sovereignty, forces them to submit", and Ukraine "does not allow people to voluntarily choose evacuation direction": Russia spreads new fakes

The Center for Combating Misinformation at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine shares an update on Telegram.

Fake: Russia's permanent representative to the UN Vasyl Nebenzya said that Ukraine is carrying out mandatory evacuation of the population from the regions that remain under its control. People are deprived of the right to choose the evacuation direction and the opportunity to stay, even if nothing threatens them. Ukrainians who decide not to go are "scared of punishment for cooperating with Russia."

Disinformation: Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the pandemic has been replaced by "the West's sanctions fever, its aggressive attempts to impose models of behavior on other countries, deprive them of their sovereignty and submit to their will". According to the Russian dictator, the West is trying to preserve the world order that is beneficial only to it .

Manipulation: Russian propaganda media reported that the occupiers are not holding elections (much discussed staged referendums - es.) in Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions, because "it is not necessary to artificially bring it closer” and to focus on November" because it is "convenient for the residents, as they used to vote in Ukrainian elections at the end of October - this is the  "electoral memory factor."
