Ukraine will receive Mirage 2000 fighters from France in early 2025
French Defense Minister Sébastien Lecornu said that in the first half of 2025, Ukraine will receive Mirage 2000 fighters, which will be equipped with updated technology

“The Mirage 2000 is on its way to Ukraine: delivery is still scheduled for the first quarter of 2025,” wrote Sébastien Lecornu.
According to Minister Lecornu, the modernization of the Mirage 2000 fighters will take place at the Cazaux base in Gironde. The aircraft will be upgraded with new equipment, including air-to-ground combat capabilities and enhanced electronic warfare protection.
“The training of Ukrainian pilots and mechanics continues,” the minister emphasized.

During a meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy reached an agreement that France would train and equip a Ukrainian brigade.
