Allies’ armored vehicles arrive in Ukraine with long delays — military expert Zgurets
Defense Express analyst Serhiy Zgurets said that the dynamics of armored vehicles supply from partners remains very slow
He shared his opinions with Espreso TV.
“All armored vehicles from our partners are delivered to Ukraine with a long delay. Although some countries remain leaders in providing the Ukrainian Armed Forces with heavy armored vehicles. In particular, the Netherlands will remain one of the main suppliers of Leopard tanks for the needs of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Yesterday, Spain announced the delivery of 10 Leopard tanks, which was announced at the end of last year,” said Zgurets.
The analyst noted that the American Bradley armored personnel carriers are much more effective on the battlefield than Leopard tanks.
“In any case, the dynamics with the supply of armored vehicles for the needs of the Ukrainian Armed Forces is rather slow. We have to rely more on the United States. In particular, regarding the supply of Bradley infantry fighting vehicles to Ukraine. The Bradley that gives more results than the Leopard on the battlefield,” he added.
