He expressed this opinion on the air of Espreso.TV.
“From the very beginning I have been trying to understand the logic of Russian invaders and I do not see it. They just want to kill us. They came here to destroy us. They don't have any strategic plan. Absolutely some crazy ideas about denazification. They simply destroy civilians and cities. The invaders tried to enter Kharkiv and failed. That's why they bomb the city. And so it is everywhere in Ukraine”, Zhadan said.
Zhadan stressed that the Russians are conducting airstrikes chaotically. The writer noted that the Russians destroy the Russian-speaking cities with the greatest cruelty.
“I am sure that we will win. Either we stand and win, or we simply will not be. The Russians did not come here to change any political system here. They came to destroy us. The Russians are destroying those cities that they have always called pro-Russian”, Zhadan added.
