He shared this information during an interview on the Espreso TV channel.
"In the vicinity of Bakhmut, the situation is advantageous for the Armed Forces. We are making progress, although it may not always be as rapid as we'd prefer. Nonetheless, gaining 10-20 meters and neutralizing 1-2 enemy positions daily is also a significant victory," Malyarevych underlined.
According to military sources, in the Bakhmut region, the Ukrainian troops maintain continuous pressure on the enemy, preventing them from regrouping and reinforcing their ranks.
"Our Armed Forces exert daily pressure on the invaders, executing combat missions to keep the enemy in a state of constant stress and dismantle their capabilities," Malyarevych emphasized.
- Oleh Kalashnikov, the spokesperson for the 26th Artillery Brigade, pointed out that the Armed Forces successfully dismantled a significant amount of enemy heavy equipment and artillery on a daily basis.
- In the past 24 hours, Ukrainian forces repelled Russian attacks in various regions, including Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, Marinka, Shakhtarsk, and Kupyansk, resulting in the elimination of approximately 800 enemy combatants.
