We are ready to destroy the Russian military potential and deport them from Ukraine after capture - Humenyuk, press center head for Operational Command South
Russians, who surrender in the Kherson region, are not in danger - Ukraine complies with the norms of international humanitarian law.
Nataliya Humenyuk, head of the press center of the security and defense forces of the "South" operational command, reports Espreso.TV live on air.
"We conduct a fairly powerful information campaign among the Russians so that they are aware of exactly how they need to behave and so that they are not afraid because of calls on social networks to arrange hell for them. There is a lot of hatred and thirst for revenge among those who really felt all the "charms" of the occupation," she said.
Humenyuk reminded that Ukraine adheres to the norms of international humanitarian law, in particular, in the treatment of prisoners.
"Nothing threatens them, they enter a civilized state and will be regarded by us as prisoners of war. Accordingly, the maintenance will be as follows. Our task is to clear the land of the Russian occupiers. We are ready to destroy Russians and deport them from our country. The main thing is to clear our land," the head of the press center concluded.
