President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that Ukraine will alert its international partners about Russia’s plan to further militarize and exploit Belarusian territory

He shared this on Telegram.

The warning was based on a report delivered by Oleh Ivashchenko, head of the Foreign Intelligence Service. Details of the intelligence remain undisclosed.

Zelenskyy also emphasized that sanctions are weakening Russia’s ability to wage and expand the war — a conclusion supported by both classified intelligence and open economic data.

He said key directions for increasing pressure on Moscow have been identified, and relevant actions will be coordinated with Ukraine’s partners.

“Ahead of my visit to Washington and meetings with European leaders, we discussed Russia’s key sources of critical components and equipment for weapons production. We in Ukraine clearly understand which supplies are most vital for Moscow — and every such channel must be shut down. Our partners have all the means to do this,” the president wrote.
