Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has awarded U.S. Special Envoy Keith Kellogg the Order of Merit, First Class, during the Independence Day celebrations

The announcement was made on the YouTube channel of the Office of the President of Ukraine.

In addition to Kellogg, Swedish Defense Minister Pål Johnson also received the Order of Merit, First Class.

Keith Kellogg arrived in Ukraine on August 24 to participate in the Independence Day events. The celebrations were also attended by the defense ministers of Sweden, Denmark, Romania, Lithuania, Latvia, Canada, and the United Kingdom’s Minister for Veterans Affairs, as well as Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney.
