The President of Finland announced this in X.

In an interview earlier today, Stubb said that any future security deal for Ukraine would need to build on the strength of Ukraine’s army, which he called “the most modern and the strongest in Europe,” The Guardian reported.
The Ukrainian leader will also meet with Finnish officials, including Parliament Speaker Jussi Halla-Aho and Prime Minister Petteri Orpo.
