Zelenskyy presents Victory Plan to UK Prime Minister Starmer in London
In London, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer and presented him with the details of the Victory Plan. He also spoke with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte

The president presented the details of the Victory Plan to Keir Starmer, primarily everything related to Ukraine's military strengthening. The leaders agreed to work on the Plan together with allies.
"The Victory Plan is designed to create the right conditions to end the war in a fair way. It is a bridge to the second Peace Summit. Ukraine can only negotiate from a strong position," Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
He also thanked the UK for its continued defense support for Ukraine, including long-range weapons. He also emphasized the need to obtain permission to strike deep into Russian territory.
He also noted that it was important for Ukraine to receive an invitation to join NATO.
The parties also discussed future defense and financial assistance. Keir Starmer assured that the UK would continue to play a leading role in supporting Ukraine.
"It is very important that we can show Ukraine our continued commitment and support. This is such an important fight for you and for all of us," he emphasized.
Later, Volodymyr Zelenskyy said he had also met with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.
"The key topics of our talks are Euro-Atlantic integration and military strengthening of Ukraine. This will create the best conditions for the restoration of a just peace. We also discussed the speedy implementation of the decisions of the NATO Washington Summit and agreed on our next steps," the president of Ukraine noted.
Zelenskyy's visit to the UK
Earlier, the BBC reported that on October 10, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived on a visit to the United Kingdom. In London, the Ukrainian leader met with Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
A red carpet was laid out on Downing Street for the arrival of the President of Ukraine, and on the steps of No. 10, the two leaders shook hands.
Additionally, the newly appointed NATO Secretary General, Mark Rutte, is on his way to the UK. He will join the talks with Starmer and Zelenskyy before meeting with the Prime Minister in person.
According to the outlet, Zelenskyy will then continue his diplomatic tour of Europe with visits to France and Italy.
Later, the BBC's Russian service reported that Zelenskyy plans to present Ukraine's Victory Plan to Prime Minister Starmer.
