Graham noted that he fully understands President Donald Trump’s frustration over Russia’s prolonged attacks on Ukraine, which indicates that the Russian side has no real desire to sit down at the negotiating table.

“Putin has seriously miscalculated President Trump. I hope countries like China, India and Brazil — who prop up Putin’s war machine —are about to pay a long overdue price,” the message says.

Graham assured that the U.S. Congress is ready to help Trump in his efforts to bring Russia and Ukraine to the negotiating table.
