March 2 will be remembered by Ukrainians for the news about alleged 'Ukrainian sabotage groups' in Russia and the rise of pro-Ukrainian activists in Crimea

Russia is afraid of 'Ukrainian sabotage groups'. Main Intelligence Directorate talks about internal confrontations between Russians

The spokesman for the Main Intelligence Directorate, Andrii Yusov, claimed that reports of 'Ukrainian sabotage groups' in Bryansk region indicate an internal confrontation between Russian citizens.

“The so-called Russian Federation is an absolutely unstable entity with a huge number of internal conflicts: ethnic, social, and political. Indeed, there are, in particular, things like this, which indicates a confrontation within the Russian Federation itself between citizens of the Russian Federation itself,” he said.

In particular, the spokesperson said that evidence of the presence of the Russian Volunteer Corps in the area has already been published: “This indicates that the people of Russia are probably beginning to wake up against Putin's bloody dictatorship.”

'Crimea is Ukraine'. Pro-Ukrainian activists become more active on the peninsula

Pro-Ukrainian activists of the Yellow Ribbon have published photos from temporarily occupied Crimea: Wagner PMC advertisement in Simferopol has been painted over as well as more than 130 graffiti have been painted over the last few days.

Parliament of Moldova condemns Russian aggression against Ukraine

The decision to condemn Russian aggression against Ukraine was supported by 55 MPs from the Action and Solidarity party, while the Bloc of Communists and Socialists left the parliamentary session in protest.

On the anniversary of the start of the full-scale war, Maia Sandu's PAS party submitted a document stating that Russia has been waging an unprovoked and unjustified aggressive war against Ukraine since 2014, which has escalated into a full-scale war since 2022.

The declaration emphasizes that the actions of the Russian Federation constitute war crimes and a gross violation of the principles of international law. Russia is called upon to end the war and withdraw its troops from all of Ukraine within internationally recognized borders.

Two districts to be de-Russified in Odesa

Members of the Odesa City Council are recommended to rename the city's Suvorov district to Peresypskyi, and Malynovskyi to Khadjibeyskyi.

This decision was made at a meeting of the historical and toponymic commission.

Ukraine’s parliament plans to increase state budget spending on defense

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine plans to increase state budget expenditures on defense, including allocating funds for the production of drones. UAH 30 billion is needed.

This was stated by Roksolana Pidlasa, MP from the Servant of the People party and chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Budget Committee.

“There is a big discussion about the need to increase spending on the purchase of drones, the so-called drone army. There are ambitious plans to produce drones in Ukraine. Therefore, this is our top priority. We are talking about UAH 30 billion. There is support for this in principle. The first UAH 10 billion has been allocated from the Reserve Fund. As for the funds from the budget, we will look for sources,” the MP said.
