US permits trade with Russia in medical equipment, medicines and fertilizers
The United States Treasury has so far not imposed sanctions on the trade in drugs, fertilizers, and medical equipment related to Russia.

According to the general licenses of the US Treasury Department, trade with Russia in certain categories of goods is not prohibited. These are agricultural products, medicines and medical equipment.
"The United States has not imposed sanctions on the production, manufacture, sale, or transportation of agricultural goods (including fertilizers), agricultural equipment, and medicines related to Russia," the message says.
The US Treasury reported that there was no ban on Russian exports of agricultural products and fertilizers.
Also, as noted in the source, the USA has registered a separate license under which until December 16 it is possible to carry out transactions with the group of companies SEFE Securing Energy for Europe GmbH - the former subsidiary of the Russian Gazprom, Gazprom Germania GmbH.
