"A warm welcome back to Kyiv to DFC CEO Scott Nathan, USAID for Europe Assistant Administrator Erin McKee, and State Department Assistance Coordinator for Europe Maria Longi for the signing with President Zelenskyy of a USD 25 million DFC investment with Horizon Capital to support fast-growing small and medium-sized businesses," the post reads.
