Ukrainian defenders are on the outskirts of Lysychansk, Luhansk region, and invading Russian forces are leaving the settlement en masse

This was announced by the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Gaidai, Suspilne reports.
"There will be no details. But our armed forces are on the outskirts of Lysychansk. Russians forces are panicking, they are leaving en masse," he stressed.
