Hanna Maliar, the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine, has made the official response, reports Liga.net.
On November 9, Shoigu agreed with the proposal of the commander of the Russian group in Ukraine, Serhiy Surovikin, to withdraw Russian troops to the left bank of the Dnipro River. Russian propaganda media published the video of Surovikin's.
According to Maliar, Russia cannot be trusted, as Ukraine has been proven many times. The art of war includes the ability to deceive the enemy, she stresses.
"They all theatrically lined up there. These are the signals that Moscow wants to send to its people and the outside world. But I repeat once again, you can't trust Russia," said the deputy head of the Ministry of Defense.
