Hanna Maliar, the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine, has made the official response, reports Liga.net.
On November 9, Shoigu agreed with the proposal of the commander of the Russian group in Ukraine, Serhiy Surovikin, to withdraw Russian troops to the left bank of the Dnipro River. Russian propaganda media published the video of Surovikin's.
