Ukrainian Ministry of Digital Transformation intends to purchase "thousands of Starlinks"

The head of the Ministry Mykhailo Fedorov reported this in an interview with the Interfax-Ukraine agency.

"We are currently talking about the possibility of buying a new large batch of thousands of Starlinks for Ukraine. I am getting feedback very quickly. I see that they (SpaceX, - ed.) want to help us and are helping us," the official said.

He noted that with the assistance of his team, a total of more than 22,000 Starlinks were brought to Ukraine.

"We have direct communication with the SpaceX company and direct communication with Elon Musk... Despite the public discussions about financing, Musk assured both publicly and in our communication that in any situation Starlink will work even regardless of financial issues," Fedorov emphasized.
