Ukrainian Intelligence names who Russia takes away least during prisoner exchanges

This was stated by the Ukrainian Defence Intelligence representative Andriy Yusov during the national TV marathon.

"The racist regime is fascist in its essence because it conducts a certain gradation," he said.

Yusov claims the so-called anti-rating is headed by the forcibly mobilized from the temporarily occupied territories. 

"An extremely difficult process begins for all the rest. It is clear that officers and people who have certain knowledge and skills are in high demand. Many other things are also influenced, which we will not mention not to harm. But the simpler a person is for Russian forces, the less interest they have," the intelligence representative added.
