Ukrainian Hrіm-2 missile system probably hit Russian air defense in Feodosia – political analyst Molchanov
Political analyst Volodymyr Molchanov suggests that on Saturday, April 8, Ukraine's Armed Forces struck at Russian air defense systems in Feodosia with the Hrіm-2 operational-tactical missile system
He expressed his opinion on Espreso TV.
“Most likely, the missiles that recently exploded over Feodosia were fired from the Ukrainian Hrіm-2 air defense system. Such conclusions can be drawn from the fact that the United States has not yet delivered long-range weapons to us. In particular, ATACMS missiles. The Americans are very careful about their export operations. If such missiles had been delivered to Ukraine, they would have reported it. Therefore, given the fact that the Ukrainian Armed Forces may already have our operational-tactical missile systems in service, it is pointless for the Russians to flee to the territory of the occupied Crimea,” Molchanov said.
The political scientist also said that the situation in the temporarily occupied Kherson region remains unchanged.
“The Russians must realize that occupied Crimea and the northern Black Sea are in the strike zone of the Ukrainian Defense Forces. The only obstacle to the destruction of all occupying Russian forces is the lack of missiles for the long-range weapons of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. As for the situation in the occupied Kherson region, there are no dramatic changes yet,” he added.
