The state covers all costs related to the evacuation of the population.
“That is, it means that everyone can leave to safer regions if they wish, and the state will provide their delivery, accommodation, medical care, and so on. Our task is to reach everyone, to offer them to leave through Mykolaiv or Kryvyi Rih to the western regions. We have the funds for this, we have the understanding, and most importantly, the experience... Because we have already done it in the Kharkiv and Donetsk regions,” Iryna Vereshchuk, Ukraine's Minister of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories, said.
