Ukrainian forces significantly push Russian troops back on Kinburn Spit

Natalia Humeniuk, head of the joint coordination center of Ukraine’s South Defense Forces, notes that once every 2 days Russian troops shell the Dnipro-Buh Estuary

She shared the information on Espreso TV.

"We are working quite successfully, and there is already some information about it. But it is too early to talk about our successes, so the work continues. We will report a little later. In general, I can say that we have significantly pushed the enemy back on the Kinburn Spit. However, once every two days the enemy dares to pull out an artillery unit to mark its presence on the western part of the Kinburn Spit and fire at the Dnipro-Buh estuary, hinting at controlling sea transportation routes. However, no steady presence of the enemy there has been recorded," said Humeniuk.

She added that Russian forces were concentrating closer to the mainland, where they would hide behind the local population.
