Ukrainian forces liberate 29 Kherson region settlements in October - General Staff

Since October 1, Ukraine's Armed Forces have liberated 29 settlements in the Kherson region.

This was reported by the Deputy Chief with the Main Operational Department of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff, Oleksii Hromov, at a briefing on October 6.

"Since October 1, 29 settlements have been taken under our control," the representative of the General Staff said.

He also added that in the Kherson direction, Russian troops are trying to counterattack in order to restrain the Ukrainian Armed Forces' offensive and regain control over the lost territories.
