The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported about this in the morning briefing on June 7.

Russian troops keep trying to seize Luhansk and Donetsk regions completely. Over the past day, more than 30 combat clashes occurred along the front lines. Additionally, the Defense Forces of Ukraine carried out 17 airstrikes on areas with concentrated enemy personnel and 4 strikes on occupied anti-aircraft missile complexes.

Furthermore, missile troops and artillery units successfully hit 9 command centers, 4 locations with concentrated enemy forces and military equipment, 3 ammunition depots, an anti-aircraft missile complex, 14 artillery units in firing positions, and 18 other significant enemy targets. The Armed Forces also neutralized a Russian Su-25 attack aircraft and 4 reconnaissance UAVs.

Russians launched 35 missile strikes, 41 air strikes and 57 MLRS attacks against Ukraine

The Russian Federation persistently engages in aggressive war, disregarding its casualties. In pursuit of its objectives, it employs terror tactics and conducts strikes on civilian targets, including residential areas.

On June 6, the enemy army initiated 35 missile strikes utilizing Kh-101/Kh-555 air-based cruise missiles. However, all of these missiles were successfully neutralized by the air defense forces of the Ukrainian Air Force.

Additionally, the Russians launched 41 airstrikes and launched 57 MLRS attacks. These attacks have resulted in casualties among the civilian population and significant damage to residential apartment buildings, private houses, and other civilian infrastructure.

The likelihood of further missile and air strikes across Ukraine remains considerable.

Furthermore, Russian terrorists committed yet another war crime by detonating the internal structures of the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant (HPP) to impede the advancement of our troops. This act of terrorism has resulted in approximately 80 settlements falling within the flood zone.
