The Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff reported this.

Situation at the front and shelling of Ukrainian territory

"In total, the enemy carried out 54 air strikes and fired 20 times from MLRS at the positions of Ukrainian troops and populated areas. Unfortunately, there are civilian casualties as a result of Russian terrorist attacks," the General Staff wrote.

As a result of successful combat work, the Air Force in cooperation with the air defense of other units of the Defense Forces destroyed all 17 enemy Shaheds.

Near the state Ukrainian border with Russia and Belarus, the situation hasn't changed significantly, and no enemy offensive groups have been detected. Designated units of the Belarusian Armed Forces are performing tasks in the areas bordering Ukraine.

At the same time, the Russian army continued shelling the entire borderline with mortars and artillery: over 20 settlements in the Chernihiv, Sumy, and Kharkiv regions were attacked.

Russian attacks in other Ukrainian regions:

In the Kupyansk direction, 6 settlements of the Kharkiv region came under artillery shelling.

In the Lyman direction, over 10 settlements in the Luhansk and Donetsk regions came under Russian fire.

In the Bakhmut direction, over 20 localities in the Donetsk region were attacked by the invading Russian forces.

In the Avdiivka direction, more than 10 settlements in the Donetsk region were attacked.

In the Maryinka direction, over 10 settlements in the Donetsk region came under shelling.

In the Shakhtarsk direction, over 10 localities in the Donetsk region were shelled.

In the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions, over 30 towns and villages were subjected to numerous attacks by the occupying Russian army.

During the day, 17 combat engagements took place

Mobilization in Russia

"In connection with the catastrophic losses in the Russian army, in order to replenish the newly formed 25th Combined Arms Army of the Russian Federation, mobilization activities of the local population are being carried out in the Primorsky and Khabarovsk Territories," the General Staff stated.

Vocational schools, technical colleges and boarding school graduates are being actively recruited by Russian servicemen who have graduated from these educational institutions.

When joining the military service, the occupation agitators offer a one-time payment of 600,000 rubles and a cash allowance of 200,000 rubles.
