On February 24, 2023, unknown persons put a blue and yellow flag on the arch of the Grafska pier in the center of Sevastopol on the Ukrainian Crimean peninsula .
"Resistance continues in the temporarily occupied Sevastopol, even after 9 years since the city was seized. This bold step once again demonstrates that Russians are only temporary governors in our cities and remain the enemy in these lands, not the masters," the National Resistance Center stated.
