Ukrainian forces destroy Russian Su-25 aircraft
In the area of responsibility of the Tavria operational and strategic grouping of troops, Ukrainian soldiers destroyed a Russian Su-25 attack aircraft and about 40 other pieces of equipment

This was reported by the commander of the Tavria operational and strategic grouping of troops, Oleksandr Tarnavskyi.
A total of 40 pieces of military equipment were destroyed. In particular, 6 tanks, 11 armored personnel carriers, 7 artillery systems, 6 UAVs, 8 vehicles and 1 unit of special equipment. Russian losses in personnel amounted to 360 people.
Russian troops carried out 14 air strikes in the Tavria direction, fought 30 combat clashes and launched 959 artillery attacks.
"Missile and artillery units of the Tavria operational and strategic grouping of troops performed 1,068 firing missions over the last day," said General Tarnavskyi.

Over the past day, the Ukrainian Armed Forces eliminated an aircraft and 930 Russian soldiers. Ukrainian defenders also repelled attacks in the Kupyansk, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Marinka directions.
