Ukrainian defenders destroy 7 boats of Russian saboteurs 

Natalia Humeniuk, head of the joint coordination center of Ukraine’s South Defense Forces, reported the information on the United News national telethon.

Recently, Ukrainian defenders destroyed an entire group of boats with Russian saboteurs in the south, which happened in the Kherson region, near the islands on the Dnipro River.

"The enemy equipped the boats with outboard motors, machine guns, reinforced the sides and tried to get to the islands (in Kherson region - ed.). Their "campaign" was unsuccessful, as the boats and the personnel of about 20 people were completely destroyed within 3 days," she said.

Humeniuk added that these islands are considered a "gray zone": Russian troops are trying to land there, and the Ukrainian Defense Forces are driving them out.

• In the morning, Natalia Humeniuk also said that there are no Russian missile launchers in the Black Sea, but the threat of missile strikes remains, as Russia needs only 2 to 3 hours to bring them back.
