Ukrainian Armed Forces will begin the de-occupation of Luhansk region after the liberation of Lyman

According to the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, how and from which direction the de-occupation will take place is a matter for the military.
"The de-occupation of Luhansk region will begin after Russians leave Lyman (if they can and if they have time). We are all waiting for it, we have prepared," Sergiy Gaidai said.
Kyrylo Tymoshenko, deputy Chairman of the OP Kyrylo Tymoshenko has already shared a video from Lyman, where the Ukrainian Armed Forces hoisted the flag over the city.
