Ukrainian Armed Forces repel attacks in 5 cities and villages

"Russians try to hold the temporarily captured territories, concentrate their efforts on trying to disrupt the counteroffensive actions of Ukrainian Defense Forces in certain directions, and at the same time try to conduct offensive actions in the Bakhmut and Avdiiv directions" - the message says.

Russians shell positions of Ukrainian troops along the contact line, carrying out engineering equipment of positions and defense lines in separate directions and conducting aerial reconnaissance.

Violating the norms of International Humanitarian Law, the laws and customs of war, it strikes critical infrastructure and the homes of the civilian population. Russians have launched 3 missiles and 21 air strikes, launched 104 attacks from multiple missile systems in the last 24 hours.

Russians shelled objects and civilians in more than 40 settlements. The enemy struck, in particular, in the districts of Mykolaiv, Vinnytsia, Cherkassy, ​​Chernyakhov, Bilogorivka, Spirnyi, Pavlivka, Myrnyi and Davydovoy Brod. For this, he used winged, aviation, anti-aircraft guided missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles of Iranian production.

There are no significant changes in the situation in the Volyn and Poliske directions. In other directions, Russia shelled:

in the Seversky direction - from mortars and barrel artillery in Myropillia, Seredyna-Buda, Stukalyvka, and Pavlivkan settlements;

in the Slobozhansk direction - from artillery of various types in Bugruvatka, Hryanivikka, Dvorichna, Nova Vovcha, Strelecha, Udy, and Chervona Zoryana settlements;

in the Kramatorsk direction  – from tanks, mortars, barrel and rocket artillery along the entire contact line. In particular, in the vicinity of Bilogorivka, Zarychny, Novoehorivka, Serebryanka, Spirny, Terny, Torsky and Yampolivkin; 

in the Bakhmut direction - from tanks and artillery of various calibers along the entire line of contact. In particular, in Bakhmut, Bakhmutske, Zelenopillya, Soledar, Mayorsk, New York and Yakovlivkan; 

in the Avdiivka direction - from tanks, mortars, barrel and missile artillery in Avdiivka, Krasnohorivka, Maryinka, Nevelskyi and Pervomaiskyi

In the Novopavlovsk and Zaporizhzhia directions, Russians shelled more than 15 settlements. Among them are Bogoyavlenka, Vremivka, Zaliznychne, Mykilske, Novopil, Novosilka and Poltavka.

Russians damaged more than 20 settlements along the contact line in the Southern Bug direction.

However, Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled Russian attacks in Bakhmutske, Ozaryanivka, Ivangrad, Bakhmut and Maryinka in the last 24 hours.

The aviation of Ukrainian Defense Forces conducted 32 strikes in the last 24 hours.  More than 25 areas of concentration of Russian weapons and military equipment, as well as 7 Russian anti-aircraft missile systems, have been damaged. In addition, Ukrainian air defense units shot down 4 Russian helicopters and 26 drones.

 Over the past day, missile forces and artillery hit 6 control points, 7 areas of concentration of manpower, weapons and military equipment, and 4 ammunition warehouses.  Enemy artillery positions, EW and other military targets also fell into the fire damage zone.
