Aleksander Fomichev and Vitaly Danchyn served in Russia's invasion forces as a retired lieutenant colonel and major with the Russian army, respectively. They have been killed in Ukraine's defense of its land against Russian aggression.
Anatolyi Shtefan (Stirlitz), Ukrainian Armed Forces officer, reports in Telegram.
"Oleksandr Fomichov, 59-year-old lieutenant colonel, did not sit comfortably in retirement, and went to Ukraine. In three days, he successfully conducted an operation of folding and organized overturning in order to increase efforts in another direction," the military officer emphasized.
Anatoly Shtefan also reported in Telegram that Vitalyi Danchyn, retired Russian army major, was killed in the war against Ukraine.
