Ukrainian Armed Forces are quite satisfied with battles between front line and main line of defense in south — military expert Zgurets
All the fighting in the south is between the front defense line and the main line. I think that maybe for a certain period of time, there is no need to break through the main line
Serhiy Zgurets, Defense Express director and military expert, stated this on Espreso.
"Fighting in the southern region is ongoing between the front line of defense and the main line, which covers a wide area. It seems that there is no immediate need to break through the main line of defense for now. The enemy is attempting to move their reserves to areas where they feel threatened, but our artillery responds promptly when they do. I believe that the conflict will continue in this region for a while. We are content with this situation because it doesn't make sense to rush forward towards the so-called Surovikin line. The current techniques and tactics of warfare are satisfactory for the Armed Forces of Ukraine at this stage, in my opinion," he said.
