Ukraine’s General Staff reveals Russian losses as a result of attack on Tokmak base
The General Staff confirmed that on January 3, Russian losses amounted to 80 people killed and wounded when the occupiers’ base in Tokmak, Zaporizhzhia region, was targeted
This is stated in the evening report of the AFU’s General Staff on January 4.
"On January 3, the fire damage of the place of concentration of manpower and military equipment of the occupiers near the settlement of Tokmak, Zaporizhzhia region, was confirmed. The enemy losses amounted to about 80 servicemen wounded and dead," the statement reads.
The General Staff also said that during the day, Ukrainian aviation carried out 17 strikes on the areas of the occupiers' concentration, as well as 4 strikes on the positions of the enemy's anti-aircraft missile systems.
In turn, units of missile troops and artillery of the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck a control point, 2 areas of concentration of manpower and military equipment and an ammunition depot of the enemy.
Also, according to the General Staff, the Russian invaders are currently treating more than 100 Wagner soldiers in the neurological department of the Luhansk regional clinical hospital.
On January 3, Ukrainian artillery targeted the occupiers' base in the Russian-occupied Tokmak, Zaporizhzhia region. The base was located in a local hospital.
