Ukraine’s Foreign Minister names key factors for further Russia deterrence

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said this during a telethon, RBC-Ukraine reports.

"There will be four factors to deter Russia in the Euro-Atlantic region. The first is Ukraine's membership in NATO. The second is Ukraine's membership in the EU. The third is the powerful Armed Forces of Ukraine. The fourth is the transformation of Russia," he said.

• On April 13, Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said that the Black Sea should become a NATO sea. He also called for a clear understanding of when Ukraine will be able to become a member of the Alliance.
