Oleksiy Danilov, the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, made the announcement on the air of United News national telethon.
“This conflict cannot become frozen. It is not like we can put it in a refrigerator. We have to liberate our territories regardless of the weather, regardless of the season. We cannot allow any halts because our people are there, we see them suffering," Danilov said.
According to him, the task set by the President of Ukraine is simple and clear - the liberation of Ukrainian territories from Russian invaders. And it will be done, it will just take some time.
