Ukraine's Armed Forces repel Russian offensive in Soledar direction

The Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff reported this. 

"The Russian invaders continue to focus their efforts on attempts to fully occupy the Donetsk region, hold the captured territories, and disrupt the offensive actions of the Ukrainian Defense Forces in certain directions. The Russians carry out fire damage to the positions of our units along the entire line of contact, try to restore the lost position, move their troops and conduct aerial reconnaissance," the General Staff wrote. 

In the Donetsk direction, the Russian enemy does not stop trying to advance deep into Ukraine's territory.  The Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled enemy attacks in the areas of Spirne, Soledar, Maiorsk, Zaitseve, Odradivka, Vesela Dolyna, Vodiane, and Novomykhailivka settlements.
