Ukraine's Armed Forces liberate 7 more settlements in Kherson Region from invading Russian forces
Ukraine's Armed Forces have already liberated 53 settlements in the Kherson region from invading Russian forces
Dmytro Butrii, acting head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, spoke about this during the telethon.
"It has already been officially confirmed that 53 settlements have been liberated. We provide this information only when it is agreed with the General Staff. Because before the complete liberation, the military is still carrying out certain actions, including demining", Butrii said.
On August 1, Butrii reported on 46 liberated settlements in the Kherson region. Most of them are in the north of the region, near the borders of the Dnipropetrovsk region. Several villages bordering the Mykolaiv region were also liberated.
The names of the liberated settlements are not reported. The head of the Regional Military Administration does not recommend that local residents return to the liberated territories.
