Ukraine's Armed Forces have successfully neutralized about 50% of the Russian army in Ukraine, and mobilization will not help Putin - Malomuzh
Mykola Malomuzh is confident that Russia will be defeated in its war against Ukraine, since the Russian army is being successfully destroyed on Ukrainian soil.
The head of the Foreign Intelligence Service from 2005 to 2010, General of the Army of Ukraine Mykola Malomuzh expressed this opinion on Espreso TV live on air.
"The number of losses of the Russian army in the amount of 36,000, which the General Staff shows every day, is only a part. According to other data, the number of losses of the Russian army in Ukraine is more than 48,000, and with wounded more than 120,000. In fact, this is a large army. This means that the Armed Forces of Ukraine have destroyed 50% of the Russian army that was involved in the invasion of Ukraine. From a military point of view, the loss of half of the personnel means a great defeat. This loss continues," - Malomuzh explained.
Malomuzh also noted that the withdrawal of the Armed Forces from Severodonetsk and Lysychansk is a good tactical decision.
"Some perceive the information that the Armed Forces withdrew from Severodonetsk and Lysychansk very negatively. However, the Armed Forces performed a successful tactical task. In Severodonetsk and Lysychansk, our military destroyed several thousand DPR and LPR fighters and a large amount of military equipment. This is confirmed by the fact that Russia is withdrawing a large number of troops from the southern direction and transferring them to the Luhansk and Donetsk regions" - he added.
