Ukraine's Armed Forces establish full control over Kupiansk - ISW

This is reported by the Institute for the Study of War (ISW). 

American analysts concluded that Ukrainian troops were able to establish control over the entire Kupiansk.

Experts analyzed messages from social networks, which claimed that the Ukrainian military had taken positions on the eastern bank of the Oskil River, and were able to confirm this information with the help of geolocation footage.

"Most likely, it will be difficult for the Russians to hold their positions in the east of the Kharkiv region and in the north of the Luhansk region, as Ukrainian forces are capturing more and more positions on the eastern bank of Oskil," the ISW concluded.
