“The Armed Forces of Ukraine are constantly moving forward despite the constant replenishment of Russian personnel. In the liberated villages, the occupying Russian forces left the "Russian World" in which they were used to living for many years,” the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration said.
According to Haidai, the Russian troops continue to shell Makiivka. Residents of the Luhansk region live in basements to save their lives.
“We are delivering humanitarian kits and medicines to them. Among the communications that have survived there, the best case scenario is the wells,” he added.
