Ukraine will not make territorial concessions and freeze of conflict - Ukraine's Foreign Minister

This was stated by Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba on CNN.

"We are ready to discuss any peace plan that does not lead to a freeze of the conflict or a territorial concession by Ukraine," the Foreign Minister said, suggesting that the peace plan of Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula may fail.

He emphasized that the safe future of the Ukrainian people is at stake in the search for a peace plan.

Ukraine is ready to consider any peace plan if it does not require territorial concessions to Russia or a freeze of the conflict.

• On April 16, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva accused Russian dictator Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy of "not taking steps towards reconciliation" and said that it was necessary to create an analogue of the G20 to end the war in Ukraine.

• The Brazilian leader also emphasized that the United States should stop "encouraging war" in Ukraine and "start talking about peace." The White House responded by saying that in this case, Brazil was repeating Russian and Chinese propaganda without looking at the facts.
