"We are ready to discuss any peace plan that does not lead to a freeze of the conflict or a territorial concession by Ukraine," the Foreign Minister said, suggesting that the peace plan of Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula may fail.
He emphasized that the safe future of the Ukrainian people is at stake in the search for a peace plan.
