Also, users of the attacked providers report malfunctions in Internet messengers," the statement says.

Defense construction in 5 regions nears completion

The construction of defense facilities is nearing completion in the Sumy, Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk, Kherson, and Kharkiv regions.
