The Ukrainian Football Association reported this on June 18.
Ukrainian referees will work at the Euro 2024 group round match Denmark - England. Mykola Balakin will act as the fourth referee in the Portuguese team of referees led by Artur Soares Dias, with Oleksandr Berkut acting as a reserve linesman.
The Denmark vs England match will take place on Thursday, June 20th, in Frankfurt.
- On June 17 in Munich, the Ukrainian national team lost to Romania 0: 3 in the 1st round of Euro 2024.
- In another Group E match, Slovakia unexpectedly beat Belgium.
- Ukraine's head coach Serhiy Rebrov described the defeat to Romania at Euro 2024 as unexpected and emphasized the need to refocus for the upcoming game against Slovakia.
