This was reported by the Center for Counting Disinformation.

Propaganda media of the Russian Federation reported: "Ukrainian command transferred the HIMARS system to Sumy. Given the proximity of the city to the Kursk region, shelling of military and civilian infrastructure facilities on the territory of the Russian Federation should be expected." The Center for Counting Disinformation recalled that Ukraine undertook not to strike Russia with weapons received from partner countries.

The Russian occupiers spread the manipulation that the collaborators from the temporarily occupied territories of Luhansk and Kharkiv regions "signed a cooperation agreement obliging them to defend [the occupied] territories from external aggression".

The Russians also spread the lie that "the rate of mobilization in Ukraine will increase". Disinformation reported that mobilization is allegedly taking place most actively in the frontline regions: Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Donetsk, and Dnipropetrovsk regions. The Russians explained that this was related to "the fight against pro-Russian sentiments in the region".
