Ukraine’s Deputy Defense Minister Hanna Maliar made the statement.
"The enemy is simply misleading us for its military purposes. They are able to communicate with each other by phone, not by publishing video and audio messages on social networks," she said.
She also emphasizes that the number of Russian attacks on the Bakhmut and Lyman directions has increased significantly in recent weeks, not decreased.
