This was announced by the Turkish President's spokesman, Ibrahim Kalin, in an interview with CNN, Turkish broadcaster TRT Haber reports.
According to the official representatives of the Turkish government, Ukraine's agreement with the Russian Federation should be based on the return of Crimea, which is undeniably Ukrainian territory.
"The annexation of Crimea by Russia is illegal, and Turkey's position on this issue has not changed since 2014. Crimea is part of Ukrainian territory. This should be the basis of any agreement that will be concluded (between Ukraine and Russia, - ed.)", - said Kalin.
