Ukraine orders 100 Rosomak armored personnel carriers from Poland
Ukraine has ordered 100 Rosomak armored personnel carriers from Poland, to be paid for by the US and the EU

Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki shared the information on Twitter.
"The Ukrainian army will purchase 100 Rosomaks from us, which are manufactured in Siemianowice Śląskie. Rosomak is a state-of-the-art combat vehicle. The purchase will be paid for by the EU and the US," he wrote.
Defence24, a Polish outlet, claimed that Rosomak armored personnel carriers are the flagship of the Polish Armed Forces, which is a licensed version of the Finnish Patria AMV armored personnel carrier. The Rosomak is equipped with a 30mm cannon and can also attack helicopters.

On March 29, the Polish government approved a national program to stimulate the production of ammunition amounting to PLN 2 billion (EUR 426.7 million).
