According to Nikiforov, Zelenskyy was talking about the fact that we have so far only received consent for the transfer of NASAMS, and not the air defense systems themselves.
On September 25, in an interview with CBS, Volodymyr Zelenskyy thanked US President Joe Biden for a positive decision regarding the NASAMS air defense systems.
"I want to thank President Biden for the positive decision that has already been made. And we received NASAMS from the US Congress. These are air defense systems," Zelenskyy said.
