The police and media reported this, citing their own sources and institutions.

For example, the Kyiv Court of Appeal reported that it had received a bomb threat.

"The Kyiv Court of Appeal is forced to temporarily suspend its work for law enforcement agencies to take the necessary actions. The staff and visitors of the Kyiv Court of Appeal are currently being evacuated," the statement says.

In addition, according to UNIAN, a bomb threat was also received at the building of the Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications. Law enforcement officers have already arrived and started checking the building.

At the same time, Suspilne, citing the police of Sumy region, reports that after 12:00 p.m. in Sumy, 10 different government agencies received reports of mining in their buildings.

"Among the buildings that are likely to be mined: Zarichnyi Court, the Department of Education and Science of Sumy City Council, a service center, and the Treasury building," the journalists reported.

At the same time, Espreso wrote that Lviv also received reports of mining in educational institutions and a number of buildings. Several educational institutions are evacuating students due to reports of mining.

LIGA.net reports that it has also received a bomb threat at its office in Kyiv.

According to RBC-Ukraine, citing police sources, explosives are being searched for in schools, city councils, the Ministry of Culture building, the High Council of Justice building, and other institutions. In particular, there are reports of incidents in Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Zhytomyr, Lviv, Zaporizhzhia, Ivano-Frankivsk, and other cities.

Mykola Lukashuk, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, said that on October 14, the entire country witnessed destabilization attempts through fake reports of bomb threats to government agencies and local governments.

"This is aimed at disrupting the work of important structures for the country and sowing panic among the population. The Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council was also at the center of the events: it received a bomb threat," Lukashuk wrote.

According to him, the threats were not confirmed, and all employees are safe.
