Marriage in Diia app: from now on, Ukrainians can be wed via video link
The government has adopted a resolution on online marriage registration. Now Ukrainians can get married right in the Diia app with only a few clicks

This was reported by the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
"It will be possible to get married in a few clicks in Diia. The government has adopted a resolution on online marriage registration. Now Ukrainians will be able to get married right in the app. This is especially important for couples who cannot be near each other because of the war," the statement reads.
How to get married in Diia
- send an application in the Diia app;
- a registry office worker conducts the wedding ceremony via video link;
- the newlyweds sign the marriage certificate with Diia.Signature.
"Click-click - and you're married. We turn your dreams into digital reality," the ministry summarized.
- On January 24, it is reported that more than 10 thousand seafarers have used the services of submitting qualification documents on the Diia portal since the service was launched.
- On February 3, the final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 takes place in Ukraine: during the voting, Diia app experienced a technical failure.
