On Friday, June 20, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy enacted a new wave of sanctions targeting Russian propaganda figures and military enterprises
This is stated in a decree published on the website of the President of Ukraine.
The new sanctions package targets individuals involved in the development and production of, among others, the Geran, Orlan-10, and SuperCam drones, as well as FPV systems, and suppliers of LLC Alabuga Machinery. The list also includes companies that import and supply components to the sanctioned JSC Kronshtadt for the production of the Banderol system, and those involved in sanction-evasion schemes for importing dual-use goods.
The new sanctions list includes a total of 56 individuals and 55 legal entities. The vast majority are Russian artists, poets, and musicians who spread Russian propaganda.
They will be subjected to various restrictions: asset freezes, revocation of state awards, trade restrictions, prevention of capital outflows, suspension of economic and financial obligations, and a ban on acquiring land ownership.
